Flight Level Studios provides professional pilot services and pilot sourcing across the corporate aviation industry. We supply both PICs and SICs for multi-crew aircraft and maintain a dedicated network of pilots for aircraft repositioning and ferry operations worldwide. We can also source experienced crews for full-time staffing, all operating under FAA licenses.
We focus on reliability, safety, and precision, ensuring that every flight is staffed with highly qualified and experienced pilots.
Aircraft Acquisition & Sales Advisory
While Flight Level Studios is not a dedicated brokerage, we offer personalized guidance to clients seeking to buy, sell, or upgrade aircraft. Stefano and our trusted team—who collectively have experience across virtually every type of aircraft—work closely with each client to understand their needs, source suitable aircraft from twin-engine planes to large jets, and provide honest, unbiased advice, including when chartering might be a better option than purchasing. Unlike brokers who prioritize a sale over the client’s best interests, we focus on integrity and transparency, building trust and long-term relationships rather than chasing a quick deal. This service is offered on the side, personally tailored by Stefano and our experienced network to ensure clients get the best outcome without surprises.
Aircraft Management
For light and mid-size corporate aircraft involves overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant flying. This includes scheduling flights, maintaining regulatory and maintenance compliance, coordinating pilots and crew, managing flight logistics, and handling aircraft repositioning and ferrying. Our goal is to provide owners and operators with peace of mind, knowing their aircraft is expertly managed and ready to fly when needed.
We bring 20 years of aviation experience across Latin America and North America. Our management has focused primarily on smaller and mid-size aircraft, including twin Cessnas (303, 340, 414, 421), Kodiak, and Citation jets (501, 550, 560). Our partners complement this expertise with experience on larger aircraft such as Falcon, Gulfstream, and Hawker jets, providing a complete spectrum of aviation capabilities.
Aviation Photography
Flight Level Studios is a premier aviation photography studio founded by Stefano and Sandro Rota, with over 20 years of experience capturing aircraft and pilots for owners, operators, magazines, and aviation enthusiasts worldwide. Our services include Air-to-Air photography, static and glamour aircraft shoots, landing, takeoff, and taxiing photos, low fly-bys, corporate and promotional sessions, aerobatic captures, pilot portraits, pre-purchase/acceptance shoots, ferry and repositioning documentation, special events such as retirements and milestone flights, and aviation history tours. Recognized locally and internationally, our work has been featured in leading aviation publications and marketing campaigns, combining creativity, technical expertise, and personalized planning to produce high-quality, memorable aviation art for every client.
Air 2 Air Photography
Every aircraft has its beauty. Every aircraft has its angle, but aircrafts were meant to be flying! If you think your airplane has what it takes, then lets go up in the sky and have an AIR 2 AIR photoshoot!
Pamper you aircraft to a jaw dropping photoshoot, produced and carefully planned and briefed by our team of pilots. Let us do the hard work, let your airplane just fly along over a specified route and let us do the hard work around it! More than one aircraft? Challenge accepted!

Glamour Shots (On request)
Make the aircraft feel like one in a million! Treat the plane to a photo session making IT the star of the airport. There are hundreds of ideas that come into our minds, but we need you to tell us what you want, and we can work from there!
As pilots, we like to be proud of what we fly. Many have come across their career and not had one picture of them flying. If that’s you case, we will take care of this….. What picture do you want to be taken?

We enjoy what we do in aviation, and most of us like to be photographed in our work environment. Sometimes a selfie isn’t cutting it. You need to call us. Maybe you need a new “LinkedIn” Picture? Post it on instagram, print them, keep them.
* This can be done with prior authorization and coordination with your company, and supervisors if able, if not lets do it in out various aircrafts around florida.
** These pictures are intended to be natural. If you wish to set up a makeup artist and additional gadgets, it is up to you.
Air Shows or Events
If you need us to be in your air show, fly in, hangar event, and would like to have it documented, we are more than ready to do it. We always look for different angles, trying to capture what is really impressive.
